Working with Columbia Paint is a dream and the customer service is 100%. They were able to color match a sun faded wall perfectly, even with a last minute call and request, helped me pick a grey paint that I would like and would actually look grey. They have always gone above and beyond for me and never disappoint. Steve & Linda are great! 5 stars all the way around!

I came to Columbia Paint looking for a hardwood stain. Sammy initially helped me on the phone and in-person - superb customer service. Then Steve provided detailed porch prep and storage suggestions. The store was easy to locate, tidy, and well organized. The excellent customer service was as we all would hope to receive, ie engaging, casual, helpful, and professional. My best experience in a paint store.
