The therapy assistant was considerate, patient, understanding but firm. Communication was of when therapy appointments were done very well and if something changed, it was communicated as soon as possible.
Jen understood that Dee, as a retired RN, did not need layman explanations, so she did the teaching part without nurseplaining. She has great bedside manner even without the bed. Her rapport was a perfect blend of amiable and professional. Jen should b enlisted as a trainer and advanced ahead of her peers. The above is equally true of Rubie. Please share this with both Nurses.
Everyone was kind and very patient with me. They are very skilled at what they do. They always explained why each step was taken in my therapy. My well being and safety was always top priority.
