My experience at Shine with Rita was equal parts restorative and rejuvenating. Before the massage she asked about areas to focus on or to avoid and my pressure preference. She was very attentive, checking in during the massage to make sure the pressure met my expectations, and making sure I was comfortable, offering boosters and eye masks. What I most appreciated was the use of her hands and forearms for the perfect amount of pressure. I would happily book Rita for a massage again.
