This place is the worst place ever since the new management team took over is falling apart oh and we got an appointment at 10:30 am we didn’t get seen until 11 and they don’t tell you how many people ahead of you what a shame

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Been going to PAC for years and there office staff is very rude and don't no how to talk to people on the phone. Tried to call and reschedule an missed appointment and was told they don't have an opening intill next month.

Worst Customer Service!!!Front Desk needs A LOT TO IMPROVE. If you really love your baby do not come to this place you don’t feel like you can ask a simple question because they look at you with a terrible face.I do not even know who they can hire people like that. Trust me they don’t care about patients.Paul is the only one really nice to customers.
