Jannah was wonderful, she walked us through the process and I understand now why it was so important they get all the information.
We have a 5 bedroom house and it was a lot of work but they came prepared with all the TV boxes, mirror/pic boxes and they wrapped everything so carefully.
I felt comfortable after speaking with Jannah, then on the day of the move when everything was said and done we did need some additional packing and we did add some more things. No matter how detailed there is always somethings left off SMH.
The lady forman was very kind and funny and sweet. She helped me out with the price and I am appreciative.

My Sales rep was Jannah and she was extremely thorough and responsive. All the guys here are hardworking and move quick. Nothing of mine was broken, and it was delivered promptly. Nice work!

The quality of communication suffered a bit from Jannah after the pick up.
I understand Jannah doesn't have the dispatch information and their system gives more value to Dispatch communicating directly with the customer to uncover their needs, but I missed Jannah so much.
She is the kindest person I have ever spoke to.
We relocated our home office and needed desks and shelving assembled properly. They handled everything with precision and patience. Even with the heat outside, they stayed focused and organized. All pieces were level and secure. It saved us hours of frustration. Our workspace now feels professional and ready to use. I highly recommend their assembly service.
