The employees are always friendly but unfortunately the person who does alternations is a ghost! I have now gone on two Tuesdays in two different months and the person is never there. I even doubled checked the website to make I had the time correctly apparently only on Tuesdays between 7:30am-1pm. This is kinda ridiculous but I shouldn’t have expected more honestly. If you are looking for someone to do alternations just go to real tailor shop. Don’t waste your time looking for a ghost which sucks cause this place is close. I chose 3 stars, because I couldn’t specify location. I have gone to the Cockeysville location many times. The employees are friendly, and the clothes always look good. Never any issues. BUT!!! I live much closer to the parkville location, so I tried them once to save time. I walked in and said hello and was completely ignored by the woman who was very close but doing her own thing. She then came to get my clothes, said nothing except the price. Not hello. Not goodbye. Not have a nice day. Came back the next day for the clothes. Not ironed well at all, the slacks were creased at a different spot than the normal crease, so then there were two creases, which looked terrible....read full review
The price makes this place attractive until they mess up a football jersey and don't want to claim responsibility over it. The workers talk trash about customers in spanish, and the manager never shows face to customer issues. I will post a picture of my ruined Ed Reed Ravens jersey that I still haven't gotten back from them.UPDATE: I was able to get a refund after 30 days in store credit. Which I'm fine with. I wish their communication skills would improve in this process. Change the rating from 1 to 4 stars.
