From the moment we walked into Valley Dental Health, we felt welcomed. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and made us feel like family.
My son was understandably anxious about needing dental surgery, but Dr Rafat was incredibly patient and compassionate. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure my son and I understood what was happening and felt comfortable moving forward. Throughout the surgery, he continuously checked in to make sure he was okay. My son couldn’t believe he didn’t feel the numbing needles and wanted to make sure Dr Rafat knew how much he appreciated that. We called Dr Rafat, “Magic.”
