My laptop crashed (stress!) at critical point in year-long project. Efforts to prolong (old) laptop life till project over failed,UTX guided me through selection / purchase of a new laptop, installed all SW, transferred 30 years of data, set system up in my home office - in a unexpectedly short time. We're very happy with service, cost was less than other firms I called.On my recommendation a friend struggling with phone and computer issues for months called UTX, was also thrilled with quick response, service, and reasonable cost.
