I’ve only been a few times but has always been a pleasant experience. I wanted to leave this review to really recognize the girl at the front Chloe. She was very nice on the phone and when I came in. Seemed to be working hard the whole time and seemed like the phone barely rang before she was quick to respond to the next customer. I haven’t been asked yet to schedule the next appointment after one and she did, from a business standpoint it secures me coming in again. The past few times I came the girl at the front was getting her nails done while on the job. I hope you guys treat the young girl Chloe at the front great. It is clear she is a great employee!

Tracy is an amazing nail technician who has been taking care of myself and family for over 10 years. She is always kind and friendly and extremely respectful of my time. Pamper Me Nail Bar is very open and clean and I always feel welcome. As a hairstylist, being in this industry myself, I understand how difficult it is to manage such a large number of clientele. She is always professional. I am always satisfied with every service even when she may be running behind from the busy day. Being in customer service myself, I understand that it is impossible to always run completely on time. I have and will continue to recommended people to her.Services: Nail art

PMNB is the best. I had nails done year ago and then got tired of not being happy with how they looked/ held up. I was referred to Tracey by my daughter and and a dear friend ( who happens to be our daughters mother in law). While Tracey predominately and s my provider, there are times I need last minute, adjust schedule or just get in for fix. The whole team accomodates and I have been with Tammy, Debbie,…. I followed them from their another place and never looked back. I have a job that requires flexibility- which sometimes me is not flexible so when they have to be flexible for my schedule- the whole team “fits” me in.
