David is amazing - he is professional, knowledgeable and very caring.
I have been training with him for more than a year now, especially during my pregnancy, and I can clearly see improvements in my fitness and energy level. I don’t feel tired and don’t have back pain in my third trimester, all thanks to David’s help. He knows what I should or should not do and when to push me, and he is genuinely happy to see my improvement.

I have been a massage therapist for 17 years. Throughout the years I have had several wear and tear injuries as a result of my active lifestyle and job. I sought out personal training out of a need to strengthen my body, to improve my health, and prevent future overuse injuries (especially as I am aging).
