I was taken into the examining room before my scheduled appointment and waited less than five minutes for the doctor to come in. We chatted a bit and she examined me carefully and answered my questions and I was back in my car in less than half an hour. I love Dr. Englar and the rest of the staff is friendly and efficient.
Tiffany was very friendly and professional. She listened to me and gave me many ideas
for what to do. Everyone was very helpful. They took their time to explain how to use the products that I purchased. It was a great experience.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They explain everything they are doing, why they are doing it, and exactly what it will feel like when they do it. If further treatment is necessary, they explain what will occur at that future appointment. I never feel apprehensive there because everything has been thoroughly examined and explained to me and they put me at ease.
