This Cleaner's Ruined my Winter White Suit, Owner was hard to Caught up with, He was never at the Cleaners to speak with, He called me one time I missed his call, he never called again I would like to be reimbursed for my Suit.

I receive good cleaning quality but poor personal service when the workers are speaking Spanish among themselves and loudly not being respectful to the clients in the shop waiting to be served. They were hollering from one cash register to the other on opposite sides of the room. The owner should relay our concerns to the staff that customers wish to be respected for this is an English-speaking country. Learn to be comfortable in using the language and be professional in serving your clients.
