If I could give 0 stars I would... They lost a pair of my work pants & acted as if I never took them there... Customer Service is some trash... The Spanish guy who sits in there acts as if he has an attitude & you're bothering him... The clothes are not cleaned to a high standard... My work pants had 2 to 3 different creases in them... Overall I would recommend 0 stars if I could... At this cleaners you get what you pay for which isn't much! Don't waste your time!

I will never use this cleaners again, they bleached a blouse of mine that was red and it came back to me peach color. They took no responsibility. I put 2 dresses in at different times and never to get them again. This was in a 2 week time spand, so someone is stealing clothes.They have no clue where my dresses are and didn't bother to provide an explanation. They did pay me for 1 dress, however they haven't paid me for the other dress. Although they paid me for 1 dress, I would have preferred my dresses back, as it is not always about the money it is about accountability and taking every effort to find my dresses. BOUGHT A BRAND NEW COAT FOR MY BIRTHDAY DECEMBER 23RD. HAD FEW STAINS ON THE COAT BUT THE FURR ON THE COAT WAS WHITE AND NEW. WHEN I RECEIVED THE COAT IT LOOKED AS IF THE FURR HAS BEEN IRON OR BURNT ? WHOLE COAT RUINED. NEVER WANT TO WEAR IT AGAIN. I CALLED THE STORE IMMEDIATELY THEY SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO.
