Showed up friday after thanksgiving for tag and title work. People this is a gem of customer service second to no one . I felt appreciated for my business. I left fully satisfied. This is a family business that treats you right. I will return for all my tag work for sure.
My insurance company sent them to tow my car after an accident. They came at a reasonable time and towed my car to the dealership like I requested. The gentlemen’s names were De’Shaun and Larry. Very nice and respectful guys.
they towed my car it took me three calls before someone answered me I said “hi im trying to figure out why my car got towed” and the guy says back to me “i cant even get a goodmorning i was just wondering…” its early, im tired, im missing work due to not having my car and i had to double take to see if I was on the phone with my boyfriend or a COMPANY THAT DOES BUSINESS why are you worried about if i’m saying goodmorning or not? super unprofessional if you ask me ??♀️ then he tells me they dont have my csr so I call the police to report it stolen then the police tell me they do have my car so I call them back and they tell me they towed it to a place...read full review
