My A/C unit went out last week, I called KPK Enterprise Heating and Cooling. Sean came out found the problem. He explained that the smoke from a new blower put on by another person was wrong. We made arrangements to order the new part. Sean and Keivon showed up today to put in the new blower. They were very professional and worked very quickly. They were so respectful of my home using safety measures like covering shoes and cleaning up behind themselves. Before leaving Sean asked if we had any questions and gave us some pretty good advice. Thanks so much I truly appreciate KPK Enterprise Heating and Cooling and will not hesitate to call them first if needed.
Their work was excellent. Very punctual, and efficient. We are absolutely satisfied with their job. They came as soon as we called and gave us a sensible estimate. The project was finished relatively quickly and now our AC is working as expected. We are glad to have come across this great team.
