I looked for my lost keys for almost a week before calling a locksmith, thinking it would be costly and a process. The whole process took less than 15 minutes to get a programed key for my vehicle. Your technician Benjamin arrived within 25 minutes of the initial phone call. He was pleasant, professional and fast. Definitely 5☆ star service. Excellent service. Highly recommend
They made the new keys in a timely manner. They let me know when they were on their way. I feel like the price was too high, which is the reason for 4 stars. Great customer service, but the price is too high. 300 for 2 automotive chip keys, and a service call fee. Prices for keys online are a lot lower, which means around 200 dollars would go towards company overhead expenses.
Sean was awesome! He arrived when he said he would, make quick work of getting me back into my house and had the locks fixed quickly! Very impressed with his professionalism and he was extremely personable! Overall Great experience.
