Nizan was great! The communication with the company was smooth and Nizan arrived in a timely manner. He programmed our key fob quickly with friendly attitude! We will use this company again in the future!
I had issues with the locking mechanism on my front door knob and deadbolt along with issues where the door hardware was not catching on the doorframe to keep the door locked. I made my appointment around 1pm on Friday and the technician arrived on my property at 6pm finishing the entire job in about 45 minutes. It was such a relief as my front door had not been securely locked for many months thus creating a security issue for my property. The front door now opens and closes securely with solid, operational locks
