I’ve personally never experienced any issues and sorry to those whom have because I love it here!! I will take that 45 minutes drive from VA to Waldorf any day and I always recommend Paw Prints to other pet owners. The techs are always so nice, they answer the phones when calling to make appointments and they follow up on emails. The gentleman who checks you in when you arrive to tell you where to park is always professional and nice.Out of the numerous times we’ve been for check ups and vaccines, there has only been 1 instance where we waited about an hour or so before we were seen and the staff was apologetic for the wait.I do wish we got to know the doctors a bit more since we cannot go in with our pets to ask questions or see what’s going on but I understand how their set up is and that’s what makes them efficient and keeps their cost low. The techs do a great job communicating our concerns or questions to the doctor.Thank you Paw Prints!!“
