We are always left feeling confident and satisfied with all work! They came out promptly, the technician was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain my system. The fix was easy and inexpensive and the tech didn’t try to upcharge me. He also informed me of maintenance we should expect to do in the future and the approximate prices for those items, which gave me an idea of what I should anticipate. The technician was great about doing the job and took the time to explain why our system hadn’t been functioning properly. He advised to hold off because the system seems just fine - another example of how much this company stands for honesty and integrity because that would have been more $ in their pocket! So long as they continue being honest with me and showing me respect as a homeowner/consumer, I am a loyal Zepp customer!
Though we have since moved out of the area we used Zepp repeatedly and every time was a good experience. During Hurricane Sandy power went out Saturday night and our sump pump couldn't work, flooded our basement. Zepp came the next day (Sunday) and pumped out the basement, and installed a new sump pump. They were fast and efficient and the cost was reasonable for all the effort. Always a great experience.

We called Zepp Plumbing after we found our water heater was leaking. They came out promptly, the technician was knowledgeable and spent the time to explain my system. The fix was easy and inexpensive (thank goodness) and the tech didn’t try to upcharge me. He also informed me of maintenance we should expect to do in the future and the approximate prices for those items, which gave me an idea of what I should anticipate (much better than getting an unexpectedly high bill). I will be using Zepp for all my plumbing needs and highly recommend them!
