I had a very smooth visit at this urgent care. Hailey at the front desk was welcoming and made check in easy. The office was clean and well maintained, and I was seen quickly. The entire visit was efficient without feeling rushed. Having onsite lab testing was a huge plus and made the process so much more convenient.

The whole staff at First Call are Godsends. I had a minor injury that needed some stitches, when we arrived they let us know that they were about to close, but would stay later than required in order to help. The whole team did their parts effectively and I was out of there within the same hour. Very thankful for their kindness and hospitality.
