I have been trying for days to contact them. My generator maintenance was due in October, however, mid November I had an issue with the red light being on. I called them and finally got through and they told me how to reset the generator. This was on Friday, November 13. They said they would be out for service on November 16. As far as I know, they still have not been out but I'm not sure because I they have not returned any of my calls. They are very nonresponsive and difficult to catch up with even after leaving several phone calls. I will find another company for generator maintenance after this contract expires.
