I have been getting massages from Sheraena for years, but I have to say as I am aging I find the massages are even more satisfying. I am tired from sitting all day. She takes the stress right out of my neck, back and shoulders as that’s where I hold that stress. The deep tissue massage week after week helps my body feel sculpted and firmer. She moves built of fluid in my lymph nodes and that will help with drainage. I have experienced tenderness and days after the fluid is gone and so is the tenderness.
I feel lighter than before and so much more relaxed.

Sheraena is a very gifted and empathic healer…she made sure I was comfortable and I could tell that she cared. She even went an hour over our appointment with no extra charge without me realizing because I was so relaxed and blissed out…no other massage therapist has ever been so generous and caring. That alone makes her stand out but aside from that she also has a very intuitive touch and welcoming energy. I would highly recommend!
I was skeptical when I pulled up and it was a house turned into a business. It was honestly one of the best I've had! Tracey was very intuitive to my muscles and spent a lot of time loosening them up! Highly recommend. They were flexible in accommodating my schedule and unlike most places, had great Sunday hours!
