DO NOT MOVE HERE....COMMUNITY IS NOT SAFE! Arva and her staff will do absolutely nothing! Car was stolen right out of community, reported it to police and the rental office. Arva and her team did absolutely nothing to inform the neighbors that they are at risk living here and there was a crime committed in the neighborhood. Reported several times received no concern or lack of urgency. I would recommend if you are looking for a safe place to call home....This is NOT the place.

The apartments are very nice but, it's like you're living with your neighbors. You can't have a personal conversation, watch tv, shower, listen to your music or even sleep because the walls are paper thin, that's their BIGGEST downfall. SOME of the staff is nice (maintenance), I haven't met nobody else personally but, it was literally a staff member trying to keep me from getting the apartment and for that I want NOTHING to do with her. The fact that she was the one handling my paperwork too. Ignoring my calls and emails, telling me she gonna send me stuff to sign but wouldn't send it. I wanted to discuss the issue with higher authority and was told I'll get a call back but that never happened. Other than that it's a nice place to rent if you're ok with paper thin walls. One star for that staff member and one for these paper thin walls.

I've been at the Elms for a few months now and my experience has been pleasant. The floor plans are nice and staff seem nice also. The downsides so far are: 1. Walls are thin. I hear loud bass from music and television from neighbors below me every single day. I can't even enjoy relaxing to my own evening shows without hearing their tv over mine. 2. Trash situation is disgusting. They need to have more than one trash pick up per week. Other neighboring communities have at least 2 pick ups per week and it really makes a difference. This trash overflow will certainly lead to pests.
