We developed a black water leak in our crawl space that had to be handled by containment. Shore Quality Contracting technicians Garret and Wilmer came out in a timely manner. Garrett went under the house first to determine how best to approach the problem. He explained everything he intended on doing and then, with Wilmer assisting, proceeded to pump out all of the black water. Garrett was able to then report on the size of the void from which the water came, and took a picture and video of the area to send me. Khris and Shore Septic are top notch, professional, responsive and have fair pricing. We have hired them to replace our personal residential septic, replace our tank lid and pump our system. I’ve also referred him to several of my real estate clients, family & friends, who need things as simple as basic service, like pumping out their septic tanks, to pre-listing inspections of the septic system for a seller before we list a house, and also for repairs/installation of new septic systems.
