We developed a black water leak in our crawl space that had to be handled by containment. Shore Quality Contracting technicians Garret and Wilmer came out in a timely manner. Garrett went under the house first to determine how best to approach the problem. He explained everything he intended on doing and then, with Wilmer assisting, proceeded to pump out all of the black water. Garrett was able to then report on the size of the void from which the water came, and took a picture and video of the area to send me. Garrett and Wilmer were absolute professionals and performed the needed work with a thoughtful strategy that resulted in resolution (for now) of the leak. They made it possible for the plumber to do his work. Thank you Garrett and Wilmer for doing such a difficult job with such professionalism.
Khris and Shore Septic are top notch, professional, responsive and have fair pricing. We have hired them to replace our personal residential septic, replace our tank lid and pump our system.
