I wouldn't recommend this place. My 12-year-old sister could do a better job at testing people and wouldn't charge me for failing to do her job. Save your time and money by going straight to the emergency room. The medical staff here are very incompetent. I visited twice last year for strep and mono, and both times they failed to diagnose or treat me. A week after each visit, I had to go to the emergency room where I was correctly diagnosed and treated. I believe the tests came back negative due to the staff's incompetence, and the fact that a real doctor only saw me for less than 5 minutes each time didn't help.

Low level medical service. Severely understaffed. My wait time was 3 hours. Questionable level of care. Go here only if you have time to spare and no concerns about waiting while you feel miserable sick.

This place does does not honor their "reservation" system. If you have a 9AM reservation (they don't like the word "appointment" because they think it infers a commitment), they may see you at 10AM. Maybe 11AM. Maybe 12PM. It depends. Not sure what the point of making a "reservation" is. They need to hire more and faster doctors and nurses.
