The guy from Griffith Energy Services came to my house for an annual inspection. As it happened, my oil fired hot water heater had quit working a few days previously. The guy who came here tol do the inspection fixed the problem.
After the work was done, he told us that what we should have done was to replace the oil fired hot water heater with a heat pump hot water heater because that would have made more financial sense.
It would have been a more honest business practice for him to have made that suggestion before he did the $600 job.

Patrick- senior technician is absolutely amazing. I had some major boiler/burner issues that was difficult to diagnose. Some jr techs were not successful in repairing the issue and the situation became worse. Patrick and Marty were very communicative and took responsibility of the problem. I was impressed with their responsiveness and willingness to get us back up in running. Thought the issue took a few weeks to completely resolve, I was satisfied with the level of commitment and dedication to ensuring everything was completed.

Our service engineer, Patrick, came out to our house today because of a problem with the heating unit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me understand how to address the problem. Excellent service.
