On Thursday my PCP could not see me until Monday, maybe. I was told to call and they'd try to fit me in. My daughter suggested trying Eastern Shore Urgent Care. Friday morning Marisa was wonderful, expertly diagnosed me, and provided the antibiotics needed to treat what we suspect is pneumonia. Returned Saturday for a chest x-ray. Wonderful staff. Much better than visiting the ER.
My experience here (1st time) was an absolute stand-out on every front, from front desk check-in, to waiting room time, to interaction with the medical professionals - everything done with the utmost of cordiality and competence.
Have been here two times so far & both times I have had exceptional care. The staff & nurses are friendly & caring & both of the nurse practitioners have been great. I get treated better here then at my general practice Dr
