Tammy in the office was very helpful in this process! We had a Speed Queen washer that was defective and never ran correctly since the day it was installed. I contacted Speed Queen to request service and Chesapeake Home Appliance called within 24 hours to schedule. They stayed in contact with me and kept me updated through the entire process of getting a replacement. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone looking for appliance service!
