This zips has the best customer service of any location I’ve ever been to and I’ve lived in 4 different major cities using dry cleaning services. I’d trust them with my wedding dress lol.

They do dry cleaning and laundry extremely well. Just had them do some decorative pillow covers w silk, fringe, velvet and appliques, and not only were they done just as professionally as they do everything else, they were done early!

Zips always exceeds my expectations. They hemmed and cleaned 3 pairs of pants for me and promised they'd be ready in less then a week. Two days later they were available for pick up. Great job! Mostly I like the attentiveness by texting me updates. Grateful for them!
