Such a great set of instructors, that have really brought through my son's skills and got him to shine. Don't really have enough words to express what an excellent team/family works at Sherman's Martial Arts.

My daughter (5 years, cubs program) goes here for kids jiu jitsu and I attend the adult classes. Great program for kids, with the main focus on learning how their bodies move, learning the main positions of jiu jitsu and how they can be used for self defense, and some "rolling" that is more of a game. The adult classes are usually 45-60 mins of warmups and drills, followed by 35-50 mins of live rolling. Great and knowledgeable professor in Aaron Lawrence, first degree Carlos Machado black belt. Also a great group of people, men and women, all willing to support and help out other students.
