Got my manicure by Tracy last week. Despite some negative reviews, my recent experience at this nail salon was surprisingly positive. The staff were warm, friendly, and the service was good. I left feeling pampered. The salon exudes a lovely atmosphere, and I am grateful for the positive touch they added to my day. Looking forward to my next set!

I see mixed reviews so I wanted to share my experiences. I’ve been going here for several years. First time I went, the tech scraped the back of my heel and it bled. Hurt so bad and took months to “heal”. Another time, a tech did a pedicure then made me wait 20 minutes w polish remover on while she did someone else (she should have did this first while doing the pedicure). Anyways, other than those two bad experiences, the others have all been great. I ask for Tammy now. She’s very pleasant and does a great job. Although the wax service that I got here was very good, it was not clean at all. Went into a back room and laid on a table with my head on a towel (no idea if it was dirty or not), and the woman who waxed me double dipped the stick instead of using a new one after applying the wax to my skin. The wax was also way too hot and I received burn marks from them. Do not get waxed here, go to an actual waxing studio.
