Moved to the area recently and needed a water softener put in, was not used to the hard water. Jay Johnson was prompt and responsive to my request, came out and gave me a great and fair quote, so much less than the big softener companies. He was clear and communicative through the whole process, told me when the softener was delivered, and when he could be out to install it, he came promptly at our appointment time and immediately got to work. I am new to the area and Jay Johnson Plumbing was amazing! Completely understood the problem and fixed it in an hour. Showed up on time, did a great job and even cleaned the area under the sink! Very reasonable pricing. Charged exactly what was quoted and has an easy bill pay system. Will call and have him come again if we have any future problems!
