I want to support local small businesses and just moving to the area I thought I would give Chesapeake Beach Cleaners a try. Before I went I called to get a price on a 2 piece suit and a tie to be dry cleaned. I was quoted $14.80 which seemed reasonable. When I dropped off the suit and tie 10 minutes later the price increased to $20.15. The person working the counter could not give me a good reason as to why and said it was her first day and was only filling in for her sister, not her normal job. Dropped off items with a 5 day turn around. Was given the runaround 5 days later with multiple visits that day. I agreed to retrieve my item after hours via a phone call. They never called... don't bother if you expect them to honor time lines.
