American Home Shield immediately connected us with Bill's company after placing a service request for our refrigerator that was making a weird motor sound and not cooling on Sunday. I received a call from Naomi, the receptionist, on Monday. She was extremely kind and helpful with setting up our appointment for Wednesday. Of course after making the appointment, the fridge decided to work again... However, on Wednesday, Bill called when he was on his way and came by in the time frame given to us.
