We hired Jason to perform a pre-listing inspection for us. We wanted an honest list of possible issues that would come up from a buyers inspection. This list also allowed us to correct items prior to placing the house on the market. Jason gave us that list. His report was very thorough including both written explanation, with supporting photos, and rating the issues by magnitude of severity. He walked on the roof, looked under the open areas of the house, inspected appliances, walked through the attic, plumbing, electrical, etc. In short, he took his time and gave us exactly what we wanted.
