The evaluator was friendly and helpful, and the crew did incredibly hard work, completing the job quickly and leaving garden beds looking beautiful. Perhaps the "total care" in Vin's Total Care Landscaping encompasses the variety of services they offer, but to us, the "total care" also applies to customer satisfaction. The Vin's crew did a fantastic job cleaning up our overgrown beds and installing new borders, plants and mulch. The crew worked so quickly and no mess or debris was left behind! However, the azaleas planted were different from the variety I thought I was getting. I emailed Chris and asked if it was possible to switch them out for something closer to the azaleas we already had in another garden bed. He contacted me immediately and said he would go to the nursery and see if there was anything similar. Sure enough, he found the azalea variety we wanted and even texted the nursery pictures of the azalea at various stages throughout the year to confirm the color! A few days later, the new azaleas were in the ground! Truth be told, I would have given Vin's a five-star review even if Chris couldn't find the azaleas we wanted! What impressed me is Chris sensed I wasn't totally thrilled with the azaleas and wanted us to be 100% satisfied, not just 90% satisfied.
Vin’s did a beautiful job clearing and mulching a slope in front of my house in early spring. At that time I asked for an estimate for them to trim three large bushes. I called Vin’s in July to find out if it was possible to have the bushes trimmed now. I received a return call from Chris who said that basically all their teams were tied up for the near future, but he lived close to me and would come by after work some evening and trim the bushes! Chris kept his word and was at my house early this morning trimming and clearing the debris. He was friendly, professional, and hard working. He said Vin’s encourages customer service like this. This was above and beyond good customer service! Thank you to Vin’s Landscaping and Chris for knowing how to treat their customers! I would not hesitate to hire them.
