For the second visit in a row, NO WHEELCHAIRS at the entrance way. My Dad needs a wheelchair to get him to the center where his appointment is. Called the Presidents office spoke with a live person. Still no resolution. Be prepared if you go there to find your own way. St Agnes, you need to do better.
I went to St Agnes for a bad headache In July. They kept me for OBSERVATION for 3 days and then did a biopsy. I am sorry to say that I was extremely disappointed with a charge nurse named Monica. I was having trouble with my IV and my arm was bluish and painful. I called for my nurse Lakshmi but she was with another patient. I was ignored for hours. Finally the charge nurse came in and decided to remove it. She pulled it out and it hurt so much I screamed and started to cry. Then she put it into other arm and it hurt even worse. Convenient one stop health clinic. It's convenient to have medical doctors in a facility that offers imaging services like MRIs and x-rays along with lab work all in one location. The operation is efficient and welcoming. If possible, avoid the geriatric rush at 7 a.m. for lab work, or you will have a lengthy wait. Otherwise, no complaints.
