New Customer - walk in - Saturday morning (early so not busy) rush job! All around, I sat 15min waiting in pedicure chair but could’ve been soaking, no one ran water just sat me there! From scrubbing to cutting cuticles it was so rushed…didn’t lotion my feet so I left looking dry and polish isn’t supposed to be so watery, looks sloppy. She even had clear top coat on my skin! Not worth it!!! So sad for her because I enjoy tipping based on service!

I have a regular salon that I go to and I haven't been here in years, but came here because from what I remembered they used to do a good job & I always left pleased. This time, that was NOT the case. My friend wanted a pedicure & I remembered they had nice chairs so I went with them. I asked for a fill in, which should be simple and not take too long. I was there for almost 2 hours. I asked for a V-French tip, and the man TuTu did not seem to understand how to do that and painted on a very messy regular tip. I didn't have time to guide him, so just accepted it and said fine. I wanted gems originally, but because there was no V I wanted to opt out but he said he would still do them. The gems were all different sizes and not even centered. The gel polish was lumpy and uneven due to the gems, and went over my cuticles. The shape in nails was inconsistent and disappointing. There was red smeared down my fingers & I had to scrub it off in the shower. I got cut twice. I could continue, but I think the photos get my point across. Would not recommend. And will definitely be staying at my regular salon.

Such sloppy and rushed work. Cant even get a basic gel on short nails in 2022 without it looking bumpy as hell and polish all over my fingers ... so annoying. I don't even have the energy to post a pic just trust these folks don't care about their so called work.
