One of their company vehicles crossed the double yellow lines to illegally pass me in a residential area on 01/03/2023 at approximately 9:30 PM near the intersection of North Rolling Road and Chesworth Road. If they are that careless with company property, imagine what they might do to your own vehicle.

This establishment does detailing for Koons Ford on Security Blvd. They detailed a car I purchased from there at it was a very poor job. The wheels were not cleaned. The interior could not have been vacuumed except for tthe floor and that was done very lightly. There was an attempt to polish the car but it wasn't a good one.When I cleaned the car I found that it was very dirty on the interior as well the exterior as far as the wheels and body was concerned. The details like door jambs, trunk jamb, around the hood opening and inside of windows were as if they had never been touched. They must have only done a quick wash & wax and called it a day.
