Excellent massage. Started with a short interview of what I was looking for, issues of health, physical areas of attention, etc. Cassie then tailored the entire 90 minutes to what I needed. I prefer a deep tissue technique, all perfect to my needs. Cassie ended with nuggets of advice for stretching, other exercises, etc that I would benefit from. I know I got a great massage when the following day, regardless of how deep the massage was, that I felt great with no discomfort. You would be in good hands (no pun intended).

Cassie is simply the best! She truly has healing hands and has helped me survive excruciating back pain in all my pregnancies (and then beyond, when I just need some self-care). She is also a wonderful human being and makes you feel amazingly at ease and peaceful. Before I found Cassie, I never felt happy with the massages I got...now I won't go anywhere else! (And as a side note, I have had massages from Donna here as well and she is also excellent.)

Ms. Donna is awesome at what she does, super professional and we'll worth the money. She isn't afraid to dig in and get those knots and hard spots, I feel great for weeks after a massage.
