I could not let the excellent service of Carpet First LLC go without sharing. Kris was extremely knowledgeable, professional, timely, and responsible. He explained the process, moved items from the area he cleaned, returned the items, and his price was more than reasonable. I have used franchise carpet cleaners in the past and not only were they in and out of my house in a short period of time, but the stains that were initially removed always returned. Kris cleaned all the traffic areas upstairs, the stairs, and a couch in my family room. My carpets look brand new and the stains on my couch are no longer there.
