My A/C stopped working a few days ago, I sent a request in and Scott replied very quickly. He came to look at my A/C on the day and time that I requested and had the issue fixed within and hour and also took the time to explain what the issue was and provide recommendations for the future.

I got home from vacation to an 89 degree home! Thinking i just needed to give it time to cool over I started to run my AC system.. only four hours later it was getting warmer. I used the trusty project tool via yelp and sent out an SOS. I love using the poject tool because it sends my question out to 4 or 5 different companies and each one will contact me for a quote. Typically people usually respond saying call me for a quote, they responded with how much their diagnostic fee was as well as what to do if this was an emergency. The fan on my AC would not stop running, and when I could not solve the issue, I came to yelp (this is my first time using yelp for service). I contacted HVAC Direct after 8pm on a Monday, amd was surprised to receive e a response on about 10 or 15 mins from Scott, and was scheduled for an assessment the next day! Matt called me the next morning before coming (appreciated the call to let me know he was in route). He was pleasant, honest, and professional. He assessed the unit, ans most importantly fixed the issue!
