Despite this, some staff, including Jessica, Dr. Bishop, and Michelle, were noted for providing a pleasant experience during visits. Overall, MyEyeDr. aims to deliver good customer service with caring professionals.
This morning around 6 a.m., I made an emergency appointment after our baby grabbed my husband’s right eye. He could not open it, and his vision was severely affected. I was able to schedule a 10 a.m. appointment, but when we arrived, we discovered it was set as a telehealth visit. Given the severity of his injury, he absolutely needed to be seen in person.
The entire team at MyEyeDr went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly understanding and immediately made adjustments to fit my husband into the schedule. From the moment we walked in, Angela welcomed us with kindness and urgency, listened to our concerns, and quickly relayed everything to Dr. Bishop.

I took my son in and the staff was great Michelle was wonderful she helped me every single time even called and checked in ti make sure he was happy with the glasses and he wears them every day thanks again for all your help you are a wonderful person and made things so much easier for my son over all I had a great experience with the staff especially Michell works hard and was able Tt o help us figure things out. So thanks again for your help and support
The staff was excellent, the Doctor was excellent and I appreciate the one on one experience from being checked in to being checked out, it was fantastic. Angela the District Manager helped me with my glasses selection and understand exactly what I was looking for. I actually sat in my vehicle to do this review because it was that important to me to brag on the entire office for a job well done.
