“They do not uphold the offers that they advertise. If they offer a service and it is purchased, they should provide said service or at least call back the person who purchased the service. I purchased a massage on Cyber Monday for my mother in law who is now being told that they can no longer provide that service for her; even though when purchased the expiration date listed was for June. Very unprofessional; I will be using the Hyatt spa in the future.“
