    Yesterday one of the exercises was toe to bar (beyond my current ability). I chose to do active double knee raises. Casey was watching me and noted that I was moving too much, which was hindering my goal and suggested I slow down. I did and was able to execute the move better while working the intended muscles. Love being coached to improvement! Thank you, Casey!

    Matt is an outstanding totally awesome coach. He is always well prepared with alternatives to accommodate strength and mobility restrictions. Matt is extremely knowledgable, thorough, encouraging and focused on proper mechanics throughout the class.

    Coach Sean was great tonight. He spent time with each individual athlete to improve their form while also cheering them on. Small tweaks to my form led to a new personal best in a lift I’ve been working on for a long time.
