I’ve been an Heirloom member since they opened and recently did nutrition coaching with Melissa. She is ah-maz-ing. Through her coaching, I’ve lost 15lbs and 2” throughout my body. Her guidance helped me get my nutrition in check, and I’ve learned how sustainable it can be now that I’m off the yo-yo dieting ride! Highly recommend this gym for the workouts, nutrition, and all their coaches!

I have been a pretty active person my whole life. But I was never consistent with going to the gym the way I wanted. I didn’t know how to use machines or I was embarrassed to lift weights. But all that changed when I started at Heirloom Athletics!
