“It was my first visit to Europa, and I was taking a risk as I was in transition to full grey. Kate, who answered the phone, was very patient and professional in answering my questions about the process they would suggest. Nora, the stylist, looked carefully at my hair and its grey growth so far and began the lowlight/highlight process Kate had described. It took several hours and the results are fantastic. Nora and Kate did a wonderful job and I'm so pleased that I didn't have to wait (years!) through the grow-out process. She matched the lowlights and highlights to my exact hair color.“
