They do not uphold the offers that they advertise. If they offer a service and it is purchased, they should provide said service or at least call back the person who purchased the service. I purchased a massage on Cyber Monday for my mother in law who is now being told that they can no longer provide that service for her; even though when purchased the expiration date listed was for June. Very unprofessional; I will be using the Hyatt spa in the future.

This place is amazing. Great atmosphere great people and they cover all areas that you have an issue with. I got the massage for 60 minutes. You will not regret it and you will get your money worth. Go check her out.

What can I say this establishment is a great place and has a great atmosphere. I received the the massages, cavitation, foot detox, body piercing and reiki also. Definitely will be back!!
