Tyrene arrived promptly with a call placed as he was a few minutes out telling me of his arrival time. Tyrene got to work right away on cleaning my furnace for winter and found a potential problem that needed to be addressed. He took care of it before it became a bigger problem. While he was there and showed me the bad part that needed to be replaced. Tyrene was very articulate describing the task at hand. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very thorough in his work. I give him 5 stars!
