return process is random: I purchased some items and received great customer service during checkout. However, I had to return two of the items and that was a different story. After standing in the main line for a considerable amt of time, a lady comes out of the beauty area and calls for the next person only to tell me to go return one of the items at the jewelry counter. I go to said counter and there was nobody there. I had to get back in line and wait, again. ? This makes very little sense when I paid for the cheap jewelry at a regular register... read full review

Maria was awesome! She assisted me in shopping. She is so friendly and helpful! Maria knows the store in and out and helped me to find everything I need. The check out lady Isabella run my items so fast. Love it.I save so much money, shopping here.Store was clean and organized . I love shop here!

JC Penney overall I would give a 4. The one by me I gave a 3 simply for the fact that they didnt have a lot of choices when I was just there. The boys section is half the size of the girls (I hate that). Its also cheaper online because I have coupons for online only. The best coupon today was an extra 15% off. I also always say they are a year or two behind in styles.
