Great Clips

This was my first time at this establishment, and just like anyone else I checked the reviews prior to going..... and all I can honestly say is that the staff a Great Clips in California Maryland are Awesome. I had the privilege of having Cheryl and Michelle cut my hair today (Cheryl did the undercut and trim while Michelle did the design). Both young ladies were very talented, professional and courteous which made my experience comforting and extremely entertaining. Thanks ladies..... You ROCK!

I wavered on whether or not to leave this review. The stylist was friendly and made good recommendations for products.However, I was not happy with the haircut service. She was quickly raking the comb through my hair from the top, not bothering to break up tangles from the bottom, and then remarked that (shockingly) my ends were breaking as she yanked out the tangles.I asked for care advice since my hair has recently shifted from being 1a to 2a and I don't really have experience with how to treat/preserve the waves. She proceeded to tell me how to curl my hair with fabric strips. When I asked again how to best style it to keep the waves, she said, "just put some hairspray...read full review
